Pain de Campgane

A rustic bread made with a combination of whole wheat, unbleached wheat flour, and rye flour.

Our signature enriched bread. This loaf has butter and eggs added to it, giving it its signature softer texture - great for kids' lunches.

Cheddar & Scallion

A crusty white bread with the savory flavor of cheddar cheese and fresh scallions. Dried red pepper flakes give it an added kick.

Brioche Buns

Our richest bread has a soft and fluffy texture that works great for snacks and sandwiches. These buns are also great as hamburger buns!

Real flavors

We try to use seasonal flavors when possible, such as fresh dill in the spring and sweet corn in the summer. Instead of artificial flavors, you'll find natural add-ins to our products, including dried cranberries, orange zest, and real lemon juice.
